What it is
The Employee Training Membership – 3 Months is a license-based access to the Improve system for employees who need targeted, short-term skill development. It provides assessments, a structured Personal Development Plan (PDP), and milestone tracking — but must be run in addition to a separate trainer-led program to ensure skills are applied in daily work.
Who it is for
Employees at all levels and across all departments who need rapid improvement in job-specific skills or performance.
What you can do
Complete a Skills and Performance Assessment.
Create a PDP with clear short-term goals and actions.
Track progress and performance KPIs in Improve’s dashboards.
One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.
Purpose:
Review PDP actions and skill improvements.
Measure KPI progress.
Adjust actions for the next milestone.
3-Month Focus
Improve 2–3 priority skills.
Apply new skills directly to daily tasks.
Show measurable improvements quickly.
