Complete a Skills and Performance Assessment.
Develop a PDP with advanced skills and performance goals.
Track results in Improve’s performance dashboards.
One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 9 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.
Purpose:
Review PDP actions.
Evaluate KPI improvements.
Adjust learning path to meet evolving role demands.
9-Month Focus
Build advanced job-related skills.
Increase cross-functional knowledge.
Contribute to organizational improvements.
