The Top Management Training Membership – 3 Months is a license-based access to the Improve system for senior executives who need rapid, targeted leadership improvement. It provides advanced assessments, a structured Personal Development Plan (PDP), and milestone tracking — but must be run in addition to a separate trainer-led program to ensure guided learning and practical application.

What you can do
Complete a 360° Executive Leadership Assessment to identify urgent development needs.
Establish a Personal Development Plan (PDP) with:
Clear short-term leadership goals.
Defined actions to achieve them.
Milestone performance evaluations.
Use the Improve system to track goals, log leadership activities, and monitor KPIs.
One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.
Purpose:
Review PDP goals and actions.
Assess KPI progress.
Adjust actions for the next milestone.
3-Month Focus
Target 2–3 high-priority leadership areas.
Achieve measurable improvement in a short period.
Build habits that can be sustained after the program.
