One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 12 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks, plus quarterly reviews.
Purpose:
Maintain focus on long-term skill goals.
Ensure continuous improvement in KPIs.
Adapt goals to changing business needs.
