What you can do
Complete a 360° Leadership and Management Assessment.
Develop a PDP with expanded leadership and management goals.
Monitor progress through KPI tracking and monthly reviews.
One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 6 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.
Purpose:
Review PDP progress.
Evaluate team performance improvements.
Adjust leadership and operational priorities.
6-Month Focus
Expand to 4–5 key competencies.
Strengthen communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Ensure operational alignment with organizational goals.
