One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 9 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.
Purpose:
Measure progress vs PDP.
Review KPI results.
Adjust improvement strategies.
9-Month Focus
Build strong cross-functional collaboration.
Lead change initiatives effectively.
Maintain performance improvements over time.
