Complete a 360° Sales Skills Assessment.
Create a PDP with medium-term sales performance goals.
Use Improve’s dashboards to monitor KPI improvements.
One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews
Frequency: 6 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.
Purpose:
Review PDP actions.
Track and assess sales performance improvements.
Adjust tactics based on market and pipeline changes.
6-Month Focus
Develop 4–5 key sales competencies.
Improve sales process consistency from lead to close.
Strengthen long-term client relationships.
