Frequency: 6 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

Review PDP progress.
Monitor KPI results and client feedback.
Adjust strategies for the next milestone period.
6-Month Focus
Expand to 4–5 core service skills.
Build long-term client relationship strategies.
Improve service consistency and quality.
